PTU Winter in Blue

I used pspx2 and assume if you're trying this you have psp knowledge.
Let's get started!

Artist: Ismael Rac

Scrapkit: Dark Side of the Icicle by Alika's Scraps
You can find it in O'Scrap Candy Shack.

Mask: any of your choice

Font: I used Frosty

Plugins: xero - radiance

*add drop shadow to all elements 1 1 50 5 unless noted*
*sharpen after resizing*

File - new - 700x700, flood fill with white
Open as65, c/p as new layer
Open as70, resize by 70%, c/p as new layer
Click inside the frame with magic wand, expand by 10
Open paper11, c/p as new layer, invert, delete
Move down right above background layer
Open as75, c/p as new layer, place to left
Open as80, c/p as new layer, place to the left
Open as15, c/p as new layer, place to the right
Open full tube, c/p as new layer
Duplicate, xero - radiance, blend to overlay, opacity to 70
add drop shadow to bottom tube and merge tubes together
Open as78, c/p as new layer, place so it covers tube's legs
Open as47, resize by 80%, c/p as new layer, place to the left
Move so its right above background layer, duplicate, mirror
Open as54, resize by 60%, c/p as new layer, move up below word art layer
Open as74, resize by 50%, c/p as new layer, place to the right
Move above word art layer
Add or remove what you like then delete background and merge visible
Open paper3, c/p as new layer, move below merged layer and apply your mask
Add your credits and your name, save as png
