PTU Blue Mood

This tutorial was written by Millie on 11/11/12.

This tutorial was made out of my own imagination and any similarity to others is pure coincidence.

I used PSP version X2 but any other version should work fine and if you're trying this you have psp knowledge.

Let's get started!

Mask: Melissaz Creationz Mask 10

Plugins: xero - radiance, mura-meister - copies

Font: Simply Glamorous

*open your mask and minimize it in your workspace*

New - 700x700 - flood fill w white

Open Element26, resize by 65% - sharpen

Open SW_WW_Colors 7, c/p as new layer, move under frame

Open your tube close up, c/p as new layer

with your recoloring tool change her coat color to #266cba

Go to your frame layer and click inside of it with your magic wand

Selections - modify - expand by 5

On paper layer, selections - invert - delete, on tube layer delete

Apply xero - radiance (default) on tube

Change blend mode to luminance (L), opacity to 76

Duplicate tube, change blend to screen, opacity to 50

On your frame layer add drop shadow of 1 1 60 5 black

Close your white layer and merge visible, rename merged to frame

Open Element 8, c/p as new layer

Effects - Mura Meister - copies

with settings below:

Resize by 80% - sharpen

Place so that it fits the frame right

Duplicate, change blend mode to overlay

Merge visible

Open element 12, resize by 50%, sharpen

c/p as new layer, move to the right of the frame

Duplicate, image mirror

With your eclipse tool draw a circle around the smaller circle of frame

Go to your text tool, using simply glamorous, 48pt, white foreground

Hover your text tool over edge of circle and it will turn into a cross w curve under the a

Type "in a blue kind of mood"

When you're happy with your placing make the eclipse in your vector layer invisible

Convert to raster layer

Add drop shadow of 2 -2 75 5

Duplicate layer, merge down

Open element 10, resize by 50% 2x - sharpen, c/p as new layer

Duplicate 2x and place to your liking to the left of your frame, merge flowers together

Duplicate, image mirror

Open element 6, resize by 70%, sharpen, c/p as new layer

Move to the bottom of the frame

Open element 20, c/p on top of your frame

Open element 16, resize by 50%, sharpen, c/p as new layer

place to the left of the frame

Duplicate layer, image - mirror, move up some

Open element 14, c/p as new layer, move to right of frame and bottom

Duplicate, image - mirror, merge down

Move this layer so its right above the white layer in your tag

With your deform tool resize a little tiny bit, sharpen

With your eraser tool, get rid of the big drops at the bottom and the stems

Merge visible

Open your full tube, c/p as new layer and move to the right of the tag

With your recoloring tool change the color of the coat same as above

Duplicate your tube, effects - xero - radiance default, change opacity to 85

Go to white layer, make it visible and click inside of it with your magic wand

New layer, open your paper 7, c/p into selection, selections - none

Apply your mask

Layers - new mask layer - from image

Find your mask in source window, create from source luminance and hit ok

Merge - Group

Delete white layer, merge visible

Add your credits and your name and we are done!
