PTU A Time For Giving 

This tutorial was written by Millie on November 9, 2012.
If you're trying this tutorial I am assuming that you have PSP knowledge.
I used PSPX2 but you should be fine with any other version.
Let's get started!

Template: 124 by me HERE

Open your template - ctrl + d - close the original
Delete the copyright layer, 7 and 8
Image - canvas size - 800x800 to give you room to work
You can crop your tag at the end
We'll be working from top to bottom
Make layer 9 invisible until later on
Merge layer 6 down to 5
Open frame 2, resize by 50%, sharpen
c/p as new layer and move to the right
Place it so its above the brown right square
Duplicate frame, image - mirror
Merge both frames together, rename layer frame
Back on layer 5, with your magic wand click inside both squares
Open your paper12, c/p as new layer, selections - invert - delete, selections - none
Open your tube close-up, resize by 75%, c/p as new layer
Place it so that face is inside of frame to your liking
Go to layer 5, with magic wand click inside of right square
Back on tube layer, selections - invert - delete, selections - none
Duplicate tube, image - mirror
Merge tube close-ups together
Plugins - xero - soft vignette w following settings
Gradient shape - beam, sharp checked, effect type - foreground colour
pattern type - vertical lines, repeats 0, width 0, height 0, strength 255
Hit ok
Change blend mode to overlay, duplicate tube
change opacity to 46 of the duplicate, then duplicate it one more time
and change the opacity to 55 and blend to screen
On your frame layer add drop shadow of 1 -1 65 3
Delete layer 5
Go to layer 4, selections all - float - defloat - new layer
Open paper11, c/p into selection, selections - none
Delete layer 4
Go to layer 3, selections all - float - defloat - new layer
Open paper8, c/p into selection, selections - none
Delete layer 3
Go to layer 2, effects - penta - jeans (default settings)
Go to layer 1, click on it with magic wand, 
open paper 13, c/p as new layer, selections - invert - delete
selections - none
Go to layer 9, selections - all, float - defloat - new layer
Open paper7, c/p into selection
Selections - none
Add drop shadow of 2, -2, 75, 5, duplicate layer, change blend to screen
Merge down, duplicate again
Delete layer 9
Move the wording to the bottom of the tag until further notice
Go to frame layer
Open leaves4, resize by 50%, sharpen, c/p as new layer
Place it so its at top of frame and then moved down so its layer under frame
Move to the right corner, duplicate leaves4, move to the left some
Merge down, duplicate, image - mirror, merge down, duplicate
change blend mode to screen, merge down, add drop shadow 0 0 45 5
Duplicate and image - flip
Open your folded ribbon2, c/p as new layer
Move it so its under leaves layer and then move it up some
Back to frame layer, open your full tube, resize by 80%
c/p as new layer place in middle of tag
Duplicate tube, change blend mode to soft light, opacity to 65
merge down
Grab wording layer and move it so its by the tube middle
Resize it by 70%, and with your deform tool slant it 
Move it to the top right of the tag

Delete background layer and merge visible
Crop your tag to your liking
I resized mine so it was 700 pixels on the longest side
Adjust - HighPass Sharpen 
Radius: 10, Strength 70, blend mode - Soft Light
Add your credits and your name
We are done!
