File - New - 600x600 - flood fill with white
Open frame 2, resize 75%, sharpen, c/p as new layer
Open tube close up, c/p as new layer
Effects - xero - porcelain change blue channel to 0
Duplicate your tube and move one under your frame

Open element41, resize by 50%, c/p as new layer, place to the left

Open element39, resize by 50% 2x, sharpen, c/p as new layer
place to the left duplicate 2x and place those 2 flowers where you like best
Open element 1, resize by 50%, sharpen, c/p as new layer place to left
Close background layer, merge visible, duplicate merged layer
Change blend to soft light, opacity to 57
Open paper of choice, I used paper 5
