This tutorial was written by me on October 20th, 2012.

I used PSPX2 but any version should be fine.

Any similarities if any are just coincidence.

Filters: xero - soft mood, eyecandy - gradient glow

Mask: Chichi's Mask 2 HERE

Template: #98 by me HERE

Font: I used Angelica

Open template, ctrl + d to duplicate, close original

Image - canvas size - 1200x900 or however big makes it easier to work with

We will crop down later

Go to layer 1, selections - all, float, defloat

Open paper3, c/p as a new layer, selections - invert, delete

Selections - none

Add a drop shadow if you like

Click on layer 3 and merge it down to 2

Selections - all, float, defloat

Open paper 7, c/p as a new layer, selections - invert, delete

Selections - none

Add drop shadow

Click on layer 4, Selections - all, float, defloat

Open paper 4, c/p as a new layer, selections - invert, delete

Selections - none

Add drop shadow

Open purple sparkles, c/p as a new layer, place to your liking

Back to layer 4, click inside of it w magic wand, go back to sparkles 

selections - invert - delete, change opacity mode to screen

Go to layer 5, adjust - add noise, uniform, 100

add drop shadow

Go to layer 7 and add drop shadow

Open half tube, resize by 75%, c/p as a new layer

Move to the left of the tag

Effects - xero - soft mood 

Lock sliders unchecked and change haziness to 0

Open halloween hands, c/p as a new layer

Move down by bottom of frame and move to the middle some

Add drop shadow if you like

Open tombstone, resize by 50%, c/p as a new layer

Move to the right of the tag and move below halloween hands

Add drop shadow

Open Spooky Tree, c/p as a new layer, move to the left of the tag

Move it under tube layer, add drop shadow

Open eye and hat, resize by 50%, add drop shadow

Move to middle some and move down under tube layer

Click on layer 9 and merge it down to 8

Add drop shadow and move it up so its above the keyboard

Click on layer 10 and place above arrow, 

Effects - eye candy - gradient glow

basic tab

glow width 3, soft corners 25, overall opacity 100, draw only outside selection checked

color tab - medium - black, hit ok

Add drop shadow

Click on layer 11, move below arrow, apply eye candy gradient glow as above

Add drop shadow

Open Monster 10, resize by 50% 2x, c/p as a new layer

Place it to the bottom right of the tag, add drop shadow

Open Monster 8, resize by 50% 2x, c/p as a new layer

place to the top right of the tag, add drop shadow

Open Monster 7, resize by 50% 2x, c/p as a new layer

Place it to the bottom left of the tag, add drop shadow

There a lots of monsters to add to your tag just add or take out what you like

When you are done placing elements, close background layer and merge visible

Open paper 6, and apply your mask, merge group

Crop your tag, add credits and add your name

We're done.
