FTU Sizzling Hot

This tutorial was written by me on January 16, 2013.

It was made out of my own creation and any similarity is purely coincidental.

I used pspx2 but any version should work without problems.

Let's get started!

Artist: Arthur Crowe

Mask: Vix 338 and 365 HERE

Template: 177 by me HERE

Plugins: Filter Factory N, Xero - radiance, Penta - dot and cross

Font: Jenna Sue

*open your masks and minimize them in your workspace*

Open template 177, duplicate, close original

Make your background layer visible, delete cr layer

Image - Canvas size to 700x700, flood fill background w white

On layer 1, select all, float, defloat, new layer

Flood fill with gradient of your choice

*I used one I downloaded but can't remember from where*

So just use foreground/background w 2 colors from your tube

Adjust - gaussian blur - radius 5, hit ok

Effects - Filter Factory N - Pathways To Hellion

pathway 47, helion 140, power 139, x slide 2, y slide 1, hit ok

New layer, selections, modify, select selections border

both sides, 2, anti-atlas checked, hit ok, flood fill w light grey

Adjust - add noise - uniform, noise 100, hit ok, deselect, drop shadow of choice

deselect

On layer 2, change opacity to 55

On layer 3, duplicate, change blend to overlay

On layer 4, add drop shadow

On layer 5, open tube close up, c/p as new layer, change opacity to 59 so u cna see placement

Move to the right of the heart

Click inside layer 5 w magic wand, new layer, flood fill w gradient

Adjust - gaussian blur - radius 5, hit ok

Effects - penta - dot and cross, amount 163, cross distance 6, cross width 2

On tube, invert, delete, invert, xero - radiance

Change opacity back to 100 and blend mode to screen

New layer, selections, modify, select selections border

both sides, 2, anti-atlas checked, hit ok, flood fill w light grey

Adjust - add noise - uniform, noise 100, hit ok, deselect, drop shadow of choice

On layer 6, open tube close up, c/p as new layer, change opacity to 59 so u can see placement

Image - mirror - move to the left of the heart

Click inside layer 5 w magic wand, new layer, flood fill w gradient

Adjust - gaussian blur - radius 5, hit ok

Effects - penta - dot and cross, amount 163, cross distance 6, cross width 2

On tube, invert, delete, invert, xero - radiance

Change opacity back to 100 and blend mode to screen

New layer, selections, modify, select selections border

both sides, 2, anti-atlas checked, hit ok, flood fill w light grey

Adjust - add noise - uniform, noise 100, hit ok, deselect, drop shadow of choice

Open full tube, c/p as new layer, resize to fit tag, with eraser tool delete excessive legs on tube

Duplicate tube, change blend mode to soft light

On layer 7, click inside the letters w magic wand, new layer

Flood fill w gradient, apply penta - dot and cross w same settings as above, deselect

On layer 7, adjust - add noise, same settings as above

On layer 8 and 9, add drop shadow

Close background, merge visible, open background again, new layer

flood fill w black, new layer flood fill w gradient

On gradient layer, layers - new mask, from image, find mask 365 from vix in source window, hit ok, merge group

Duplicate mask

On black layer - Layers - new mask layers, from image, find mask 338 from vix in source window, hit ok, merge group, move mask to left, duplicate - mirror

Delete background layer, merge visible, add credits and name
