File - New - 700x700 - flood fill w white

Open frame 4c - c/p as new layer - move to left

Open tube - c/p as new layer - place under frame

Open paper of choice and place under tube layer

Click inside frame w magic wand - expand by 5

On paper layer - invert - delete - invert

On tube layer - invert - delete - deselect

Xero - porcelain - change blue channel to 0 - hit ok

Change blend mode to luminance (L) - duplicate

Change blend mode to screen - opacity to 51

Add drop shadow to your frame layer 

Close background - merge visible - open background

On merged layer

Open tape - c/p - place to bottom right

Open leaves green - place to the bottom

Open flowers 4 - place to the bottom

Open clutter overlay - place to the bottom

Open tube - resize so it fits your tag - c/p - place to right

Xero - porcelain - same settings as above - adjust - sharpen more

On background layer

Click on background with magic wand - new layer

Open paper6 - c/p into selection

Layers - New mask layer - From Image

Find your mask in source window - hit ok

Merge group 

Open BG2 - resize by 80% - c/p

Delete background - merge visible

Place face under left side of cluster frame so its inside that frame

With your freehand tool draw a circle around the left frame

On tube layer - invert - delete - invert

On paper layer - invert - delete - deselect

Change blend mode of tube to overlay

Back on cluster frame layer

Open leafy twirl - c/p as new layer - place to top left

Open leaves pile - c/p as new layer - place to the bottom

Open tag green - c/p as new layer - place where u want
