PTU Tropical Bliss

This tutorial was written by me on May 10, 2013.

It was made out of my own creation and any similarity is purely coincidental.

I used pspx2 but any version should work without problems.

Let's get started!

Scrapkit: Tropicana by Niqui's Designs

Template: 255 by me HERE

Plugins: Xero - Porcelain, Eyecandy - glass

Font: Inspiration

Open your template - duplicate - close original

Delete cr layer - make background visible

Image - canvas size - 700x700 - flood fill background with white

Click in layer 1 w magic wand - new layer

Open paper5 - c/p into selection -deselect - drop shadow

Open ele36 - resize by 75% - sharpen - c/p as new layer

Move up and to the right

Open ele22 - resize by 50% - sharpen - c/p as new layer

Place to the top left - duplicate - mirror - flip

Merge layer 3 down to 2 - click inside both rectangles with magic wand - new layer

Selections - modify - smooth selection

smoothing amount: 10 anti-atlas: checked - hit ok

Open paper4 - c/p into selection - deselect - drop shadow

Merge 5 down to 4 - click on both circles with magic wand - new layer

Selections - modify - smooth selection

smoothing amount: 10 anti-atlas: checked - hit ok

Open paper9 - c/p into selection - deselect - drop shadow

Open ele5 - c/p as new layer - place to the right

Open ele19 - resize by 50% - c/p as new layer - place to the right

Click inside layer 6 with magic wand - new layer

Selections - modify - smooth selection

smoothing amount: 10 anti-atlas: checked - hit ok

Open paper6 - c/p into selection - deselect - drop shadow

Add drop shadow to layer 7

Open ele9 - c/p as new layer - place to the right

Open ele2 - c/p as new layer - place to left

Open 23 - resize by 50% - c/p as new layer - place to the right

duplicate - mirror

Open 20 - resize by 50% - c/p as new layer - place to the left

Open ele35 - resize by 80% - c/p as new layer - place to right

Open ele11 - resize by 50% 2x - sharpen - c/p as new layer

Place to the right

Open your tube - resize to fit your tag - c/p as new layer

Xero - porcelain - change blue channel to 0 - hit ok - add drop shadow

Merge 9 down to 8

Effects - Eye Candy - Glass with the following settings

Move wordart to bottom - duplicate - change blend to overlay - merge down

add drop shadow

Go to background

Open ele7 - resize by 50% - c/p as new layer - place to right

duplicate - mirror - move both layers up some

Delete background - merge visible - add credits and your name
