FTU Sweet Spring
This tutorial was written by me on March 12, 2013.
It was made out of my own creation and any similarity is purely coincidental.
I used pspx2 but any version should work without problems.
Let's get started!

Scrapkit: Luck of the Charms by Disturbed Scraps
Mask: Moonbeams and Spiderwebs Mask 20 HERE
Font: Southern Aire
*open your mask and minimize it in your workspace*
File - New - 700x700 - fill with white - rename background
Open LCH-011 - resize by 65% - sharpen - c/p as new layer
Open paper04 - c/p as new layer - place under frame
Open tube - place it so face is inside frame
With your magic wand click inside the frame - expand by 5
On paper layer - invert - delete - invert
On tube layer - invert - delete
Change blend mode of tube to overlay
Add drop shadow to your frame
Open 057 - resize by 75% - c/p as new layer - place to left
Open 050 - c/p as new layer - place to right
Open 060 - c/p as new layer - place down
Open 052 - resize by 50% - c/p as new layer - place to right
Open 055 - resize by 80% - sharpen - c/p as new layer - place to right
Open 061 - resize by 85% - sharpen - c/p as new layer - place to right
Open 046 - resize by 50% - c/p as new layer - place to bottom right
Open your tube - resize to fit your tag - c/p as new layer - mirror - place to left
Open 024 - resize by 60% - c/p as new layer - place at bottom
Duplicate - place at the top
ON background layer
Click on white layer w magic wand - new layer
Open paper 8 - c/p into selection
Layers - new mask layer - from image
Find your mask in drop down menu and make mask from source luminance - hit ok
Merge group
Open LCH-044 - c/p as new layer - add drop shadow
Open LCH-039 - resize by 75% - sharpen - c/p as new layer
Place to the right and up some - duplicate - mirror - merge down
Open 017 - resize by 85% - sharpen - c/p as new layer
Delete bckground layer - merge visible - add credits and your name
