PTU Celebrate in Elegance

This tutorial was written by me on April 9th, 2014.

It was made out of my own creation and any similarity is purely coincidental.

I used pspx6 but any version should work without problems.

If you're doing this tutorial you must have good psp knowledge and be familiar with the tools.

Let's get started!

Artist: Nocturne

Scrapkit: Birthstone Series: Diamonds by Gimptastic Scraps

Mask: 35 by me HERE

Font: Aquarelle

*open your mask and minimize in your workspace*

File - New - 700x700 - flood fill w white

Open frame 5 - resize by 65% - c/p as new layer

Click inside your frame w magic wand - expand by 5 - new layer

Open paper4 - c/p into selection - deselect

Move paper under frame

On frame apply Lokas 3D Shadow w following settings:

Blur: 25 

Transparency: 70 

Angle X: 0

Angle Y: 0

Angle Z: 0

Zoom: 100

Offset X: 5

Offset Y: 5

Perspective: 40

Color: Black

Merge frame down to your paper

Duplicate merged layer 

On bottom frame Image - Free Rotate - to right by 23 degrees

Change opacity to 65 and duplicate and mirror

On top layer

Open paper fan - place to top left - drop shadow

Open leaf2 - place to top right - drop shadow

Open bow - resize by 75% - place to right - drop shadow

Open flower1 - resize 50% 2x - place to bottom right - drop shadow

Duplicate - move to the left some

Open crown - place to bottom right - drop shadow

Open flower 5 - resize 50% 2x - place to bottom right - drop shadow

Duplicate - move to the right some more

Open flower 2 - resize 50% 2x - place to bottom right - drop shadow

Duplicate - move to the right some more

Open tube - resize to fit your tag - c/p as new layer - place to left

Adjust - sharpen - drop shadow

On background layer

Click on background with magic wand - new layer

Open paper5 - c/p into selection - deselect

Layers - New mask layer - From Image

Find your mask in source window - hit ok

Merge group 

Duplicate your mask

Open frame 4 - resize by 90% - c/p as new layer 

Apply Lokas 3D Shadow w same settings as above

Open bracket - c/p as new layer - mirror - resize by 80% 

Place to left - drop shadow

Delete background layer - merge visible

Adjust - Brightness and Contrast - Local Tone Mapping 

Strength: 2 Block Size: 15 hit ok

Add credits and name
